RHS Chelsea Cushions

The extra group project I have been working on has come to an end and these are the results! We have designed and hand screen printed every cushion, using stencils, screens, foils and a colour palette inspired by the brief and images we were given.

They will be part of the Transformation garden, created by Stoke On Trent Council. Lots of different local companies have been involved, including Moorcroft, and Johnson Tiles who have both contibuted ceramics.

And this is the facebook page with some of our work on!

Please have a look and like us!

We will be going to Chelsea to see our cushions in place in the garden which is very exciting and something to look forward to!

Extra Project

A few months ago I was asked by my tutors to work as part of a group of selected students on a secret brief, representing the course and our University.

Of course, I accepted, and have been doing the project alongside my own work. Being part of a team is a great experience, and something I haven't really done before. I have learnt a great deal, and feel very proud to be representing my course and it was wonderful to be asked in the first place!

Heres a few snaps of what we have been doing...

All will be revealed soon!
